How does self check-in work?
On the day you arrive, we send your personal check-in details by WhatsApp. You can then let yourself in any time from 4.30pm.
What time can I check in and out?
Check-in is from 4.30pm and check-out is by 10.30am.
Is there parking?
Yes. There's free on-site parking for guests.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in every room, along with internet TV.
Do you take bags for Coast to Coast walkers?
Yes. We accept bag drops for Coast to Coast walkers. Get in touch to arrange it.
Do you have a discount for passing out parades?
Yes. Families attending a passing out parade at Catterick get 10% off our direct rate. Contact us directly with your parade date to book.
Is there a discount for booking all three rooms?
Yes. Book all three rooms for the same nights and get 10% off. Contact us directly to arrange it.
Is smoking allowed?
No. All rooms and grounds are non-smoking.
Do all rooms have an en-suite?
Yes. All three rooms have a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom.
How many people can stay in a room?
Each room sleeps two adults, plus a baby in a travel cot that you bring.
Is breakfast included?
We don't serve breakfast, but there are plenty of great places close by. Mocha at Aske is three minutes away, and Mainsgill, Cross Lanes and Thorpe Farm are all on the A66. Richmond has lots of independent cafés too. See breakfast nearby. We send our dining guide when you book.
Can I bring my dog?
Sorry, we can't accept dogs or other pets.
Can children stay?
Yes, children of any age are welcome. We don't provide cots, so please bring a travel cot if you need one.
What is your cancellation policy?
Payment is taken in full when you book. Cancel 7 days or more before arrival for a full refund. See our booking terms for details.
